Title: Client Director

Responsible to: Managing Director

Salary Range: Dependant on experience with Healthsure medical cover after qualifying period.

Summary of main responsibilities and activities

The objective of this role is to manage and develop business with existing clients. We are seeking an experienced quantitative/qualitative client research director with a specialism in managing customer/client feedback projects.

We anticipate that there will be an element of new business development within the role including the identification of new business opportunities, general promotion of the team’s offering and recognising ways to add value and maximise client "buy in".

The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced to at least Senior Client Management/Research Director level, with an exemplary background in customer research engagement with senior management or director level clients.

With proven experience of selling research projects, a thorough knowledge of all stages of the research process and excellent client handling skills, you will be ambitious and driven to take on a new challenge in your career!
